1. How best to store my spice mixes? 

To preserve freshness and potency, store items in the packaging to shield them from sunlight, away from moisture, condensation and in a cool environment. 

 2.  Are the spice blends gluten-free?

While we refrain from incorporating gluten-containing ingredients into our spice blends, the complex supply chain of some of our source products means we cannot ensure the absence of gluten traces in our products.

3. What is the shelf life of spices?

Spices do not have fixed expiry dates; instead, they gradually lose their flavour and aroma over time. Here's a general guideline indicating how long they will remain at their peak quality:

Whole spice	2 years
Ground Spice	1 year
Herbs	Two years
Salts	Indefinitely

 

4. Can I take Peach Spice Co's Spice Blends interstate or overseas 

Absolutely, you can. There are no quarantine restrictions or issues regarding transporting commercially prepared herbs or spices to other regions of Australia, whether by vehicle, air, or mail.

Before traveling internationally, we advise you to visit the customs website of your destination and carry products with unbroken seals that you can present to customs officers.
